Injector Coding with INPA

    Hello All,

I'm replacing a faulty injector this evening resulting from a fried MSD80 (I have replaced the mosfets, swapped all the coils and plug since I was getting misfires on several cylinders).

Car runs a little better, and only misfires on cylinder 5. I am getting a 2E34 code (Injection valve, cylinder number 5, input signal), so I'm guessing when the DME crapped out, it also fried injector 5... Thoughts?

My question is, I've been trying to install INPA on my laptop but unfortunately I'm running windows 7 64 bit, and I haven't found a version that is compatible with it. Does anyone know of a link to a version I can download that is compatible with my OS?

If not, can I install the injector, and drive without getting on it? Can that cause any damage? Reason I'm asking is because I have a friend who lives an hour and a half away who could code the injector for me.

    Thanks!
